How to register on BitaVita

  1. Please visit BitaVita official website and click the sign up button on the top right corner.
  2. On the registration page, please follow the instructions and fill in the email address and password that you want to use for your account. If youve been referred to register on BitaVita by a friend, make sure to fill in the Referral ID (optional).
  3. After filling in your data, click on the【sign up】button. We will now send you a confirmation email to the address youve specified. Please check your inbox to confirm your registration.
  4. Once you've receive the confirmation email, please click on the 【Verify Email】button to confirm your registration.

-For the safety of your account, we recommend you to enable the 2-factor authenticator(Google 2FA or SMS 2FA) in your account.

A new method of earning crypto, no need to trade, only by inviting your friends to join BitaVita Community. Up to 20% commission fee is for you and your referred friends, it is adjustable to share how much you want with your friends. Invite your friends and enjoy earning 20% commission!

BitaVita Referral Program Rules:

 

General rules

  • 1- Referral link or ID can be used once referred user sign up and after that is not possible to make any changes.
  • 2- Up to 20% commission can be earn in total, which based on your adjustment can be set once when you share your link or ID and after that needs to submit a ticket to change it (if applicable).
  • 3- Referral program is applicable only in Spot and Futures platforms.
  • 4- In Spot it is up to 20% and in Futures it’s up to 10% which calculates separately.
  • 5- BitaVita provides an unique link or ID for each user that works for both referred user actions such as Spot and Futures.
  • 6- Commission will be calculating automatically on the accounts.
  • 7- There is no limit to the number of friends a single account can invite.
  • 8- Not allow any user to self-invite through multiple accounts. If any kind of these activities detected, all referrals will be cancelled and all referral commission for all the accounts will be cancelled.

 

Spot:

The referrer (you) will earn commission fees from any new referred user’s trades on Spot up to 20% in total by referred user.

Based on some conditions mentioned in the below table* it starts from 20% which basic rate (minimum) for referrer is 10%, This means that you can choose to give 10% of this 20% to your referred users or have 20% total for yourself and 0% to your referred friends, this part is up to you. In other words it means you can give a discount on fees to your friends.

Failed to refer user

If the referral was not successful or it didn't work as intended, please see if it fits below situation:

  • - The referred user have to use the dedicated referral ID to be able to share the commission with the referrer, if the original referral ID(all-number ID) was used durring the registration, they will not be able to share the commission.
  • - BitaVita does not allow any self-referral. If such behavior has been detected, all referrals will be canceled and all referral commission will also be canceled.

When you want to verify your identity documents in BitaVita , you should click on dashboard and after that click on kyc button, in the next step you can upload a photo from your identity documents such as government issued card or driving licensenor your passport for basic level. In basic level you can withdraw 2 btc daily,but if you want to withdrawal up to 5 btc daily you can choose advance level and upload a selfi from your identity documenets and either upload a photo from gass or electricity bill , after that if you want to withdraw more than 5 btc daily and increase your withdrawal limit ,you can requested it in support ticket section.

How to trade cryptos?

Let's make an example that you want to buy BNB using USDT. You may use the BitaVita on your PC website to trade.

  • - PC web page: After logging in, click [spot] - click [Trade] at the top of the page, and select USDT in the menu in top right , select or search for the trading pair you want [BNB/USDT].

BitaVita does not limit user's daily trading volume. The trading fee will be deducted automatically according to the fee structure and the trading volume.

If you are not able to place an order, please check following instructions:

  • - The order you want to place does not comply with our trading rules.

If the price of your order is more/less than 500%/20% of the market price, you will not be able to place the order successfully.

Market/Limit/Stop-Limit/OCO orders

Currently, BitaVita supports below types of orders:

  • -Market Order
  • -Limit Order
  • -Stop-Limit Order
  • -OCO

There are several situations you need to pay attention to:

  • -There may be a price difference of the actual filled price if your order amount is large. For example, the cheapest limit sell order available will not be sufficient to fill your entire market buy order, so your order will automatically match the following limit sell orders, working its way up the order book until it is completed.
  • -Crypto currency market fluctuates frequently and some times violently. In some cases, the market price reached the price you set but at that time there is not enough volume at the price to fill your order. When this happen, your limit order will be filled partially or sometimes not filled at all (If there are orders at the same price, BitaVita will fill the order chronologically).
  • -For stop-limit order, If the market is crashing and after reaching the stop-price, there is not enough volume to fill the order at limit price, the order will remain in the market until the price returns to limit price again.

OCO: One cancels the other: To place a stop limit order and a limit order at the same time.

When either of the order pairs is triggered , the other order will be canceled. If one is canceled , the oco pair will be canceled.

Convert: But the last thing in this section is, if you want to trade faster than this options you can click on convert button to trade or convert your coin to each other easily and faster than the other way.

How to deposit cryptos?

After loging in, please find “Wallet”-spot Wallet”-“Deposits”, select or input the coin you want to deposit. Please notice that some of the tokens require a tag/Memo/Payment ID for deposit, you will need to input the corresponding tag/Memo/Payment ID when you deposit those coins.

Let's take BTC as an example. You can choose to deposit in two ways: Click “Copy” to paste the coin address to the BTC coin address from sending platform; Or scan the QR code of sending platform.

  • - Your deposit will be credited to your account after specified network confirmation. (You can see how many confirmation is needed in deposit page)

Unconfirmed deposit on Blockchain

If you have checked your TxID on the blockchain and it showed "Unconfirmed" on the blockchain, it means that the transaction has already been processed by the sending platform and waiting to be confirmed by the blockchain. After the transaction has been confirmed by the blockchain and gained a certain amount of confirmations, it will be credited to your BitaVita account.

Confirmed deposit on Blockchain but the account is not credited

If you have checked your TxID on the blockchain and it showed "Confirmed" on the blockchain, please check if the confirmation number has reached the amount that BitaVita required. If it has not been reached, please wait with more patience.

If the wallet of the coin you are trying to deposit is under maintenance on BitaVita, do not worry because your deposit will be credited after the maintenance is done.

If the number of confirmations that BitaVita required is reached but there is no record on the website, please contact our customer support for more information.

How to withdraw token/coin with Tag?

When withdrawing some specific tokens, not only will you need to input the correct withdrawal address, but you will also need to fill in the ""Tag"" section which is required for your withdrawal to be credited.

(NOTE: ""Tag"" may also refer to a Memo or Payment ID)

Tips:

  • - Please make sure that both【Tag】(if needed) and withdrawal address are accurate and correctly filled to make a successful withdrawal
  • - To avoid inputting the wrong address, you can copy the address to get the wallet address.

How to withdraw crypto?

After Logging in the account, click “Wallet”-“spot Wallet”-“Withdraw”, then select or input the coin you want to withdraw. After the withdrawal is submitted, you will need to confirm the withdrawal in the withdrawal confirmation email.

Let's take BTC as an example. You can paste the BTC deposit address from other platforms on BitaVita withdrawal page, fill in the correct amount and click "submit". After that if you don’t enable google authenticator, the system will send an email to your account email, click on "Confirm Withdraw" in the email.

Tips:

  • - For coins with a tag, when you proceed with the withdrawal, not only will you need to input the correct withdrawal address, but you will also need to fill in the "Tag(Memo/Payment ID)" section.
  • - The receive amount = withdraw quantity - the handling fee.

insufficient balance in withdrawal

If there is open order in your exchange account, it would show ""Insufficient balance"" when the withdrawal amount is more than available balance. For this situation, you may cancel the open order or withdraw less amount to finish the process.

You may check your open orders with following steps:

  2. Click "Orders"-"Spot order"-"open order"

Address verification failed

If there is a "address verification failed" error during your withdrawal process, it means that the address you are using is not compatible with the token you are trying to withdraw. It is very likely that the token was upgraded or forked, the format of the address after upgrade or fork is very likely changed. Please check the address again and try to withdraw using the correct address.

2FA failed in withdrawal

If you are able to use your 2FA for log in, it is very likely that the problem you encountered during withdrawal is with your withdrawal address. After you filled 2FA code, our system will verify your address to see if it's compatible with the asset you want to withdraw. The address of some token might change after they have upgraded/forked, please make sure you are using the correct address and try again to withdraw.

If none of the suggested steps above solve your problem, then we suggest you to initiate the resetting process of your Google/SMS Authenticator

How long dose it take to send or receive crypto using my BitaVita wallet?

It normally takes some minutes which means up to 60 minutes but it depends on the commission fee you pay to send or sender pays and you receive . it can be also in 10 minutes or even less if you or sender pays the highest fee . If your transaction is taking longer than this, please check that the fee is correct.

I don’t have a mobile phone. Can I still buy and sell crypto?

You can buy or sell crypto without having a mobile phone, but there might be some limits to contact with all the advertisements and some trades to. by verifying your phone number you can increase your capacity to contact more users.

Is it possible to change my username?

Currently we do not allow username changes due to security reasons.

Why is my advertisement not showing up?

There are many things that affect advertisement visibility, e.g. your trading history; feedback; account age; advertisement settings and more. If your ad is not showing up please check the following list of common problems.

  1. Do you have Bitcoin in your BitaVita wallet?

    If you're running advertisements for online payment methods you must have at least 0.04 BTC in your wallet for your ads to show.

  2. My ad is not on the front page?

    Only 6 advertisements per category are shown on the front page and certain high risk payment methods are excluded. You need be an experienced trader with many trades under your belt before your ads will show up on the front page.

  3. My ad is not showing when I search!

    When you search for advertisements the results show a maximum of 15 advertisements, if there are more advertisements that match the search criteria they can be found by clicking the Show more... link and selecting a payment method. When you gain more trade history, more feedback your advertisements will also be shown as part of the first 15.

  4. Check for errors using the ad visibility tool

    If you still can't find your ad there might be some problems with the settings on your advertisement. Visit the public page of the problematic advertisement and towards the bottom of the page you'll find a tool you can use to check for errors that might prevent it from being displayed.

    Click the headings to run a check on your advertisement to see who can open a trade for the ad and who can see it. Any problems with your advertisement not being visible will be shown and explained here.

  5. Open a support ticket

    You can always open up a support ticket to ask for help with advertisement visibility.

How to set up anti-Phishing code

The Anti-Phishing Code is a security feature provided by BitaVita that allows users to add an extra layer of security to their account. Once you have enabled the Anti-Phishing Code, it will be included in all genuine emails sent to you from BitaVita. This code will help you to discern eal emails from phishing emails, helping you to prevent phishing attempts. Please check the following instructions to setup:

  • - After login to your BitaVita account, you can find Anti-Phishing Code setting in the security tab. To get started, click on the button labeled “Create Anti-Phishing Code”.
  • - You will now be prompted with a field where you can enter the Anti-Phishing Code that you desire. The code must be a minimum of 8 characters with both uppercase letters and numbers. It is advised to choose a code that is not easily guessed but is easily recognized by you.

If you want to enable recovery key, you should click on enable button.

These 12 words are your account recovery key. With these words you can acces to your account in case of losing your password or google authenticator.

Tips:

You should save these 12 words because when you enable this part,these words are only way that you can recoveryour account in case of losing your password or google authenticator application. You cant change or disable it later.

In the next step you should enter one of the number of your recovery key that required here.now you can enter the 6 digit codes that sent to your email and in final step enter the new password and confirm it, then click on change password button.
